Why oh why do people expect your time, goods or services for free when you’re running a small business? This is often the biggest complaint from artists, photographers and professional experts who give their time and knowledge to so many for free!
I say stop!!!!!
My advice is you need to be savvy enough to separate those who are wanting freebies with no intention of ever paying for your goods or services to those who want to pay and will turn into a customer. The latter are often the more serious customers who truly appreciate that they get what they pay for. The former are surprisingly offended if you expect to be reimbursed for goods, time or expertise.
Remember time is money!
