Refer a Friend (Short Read)

The only way to grow your business and make a profit is to increase your sales!!!

The reality of business is that it takes a lot of work to get a customer to buy from you. With all the time and money it takes to secure that customer, it’s important to recognise that sometimes there can be a shortcut to getting a new customer.

The secret (not really a secret but a known fact we forget to remind ourselves of) to gain more customers is to get a referral!! It’s always easier when a friend or client recommends your product or service to someone else. After all we trust what our friends say about their buying experience. The customer with a bad experience will tell on average seven others!! 👎

Customer referrals matter to your business and should be an integral part of your marketing plan! If you’ve had a good experience, why not give a 5star review on Facebook or Google??? And then tell others about your experience and refer a friend 😁

It really is the ultimate compliment 👍
